Required Qualifications:
Associate's degree Beginning level of knowledge in accurate data entry into the database of record. (Maximo). Including assigning the correct preventative maintenance activities to newly created assets. And the process to decommission removed assets from the database. Demonstrated working knowledge of software applications such as Microsoft Office products and familiarity with retrieving all applicable corporate information. Strives to continually improve job-related, technical and professional knowledge, skills and performance. Demonstrates effective oral and written communication skills. Maintains accurate records and files. Supports the company's goals and represents the company positively and professionally.
Responsibilities:
Provides a support role in data processes (data analysis, maintenance, development, audits) for transmission substation systems and substation equipment to ensure that all data and applications are delivered consistently, that the data management system's standards are used, service level agreements observed, and process improvements are utilized, to ensure that the Transmission (PGO) department receives data and applications that can be fully utilized to maximize their value to the business. Gain knowledge of the data maintained within the supported database systems and preliminary knowledge of the physical electric power system equipment, maintenance and construction activities which that data represents. Aids in the accomplishment of business goals and objectives through effective, accurate data entry into the Maximo Database, for other PGO groups to use for planning, organizing, scheduling and monitoring of work activities. Develop positive working relationships to effectively coordinate work activities.
