Their mission is to drive innovation that makes the world safer, build healthy and vibrant communities, and increases productivity About the Role We are seeking a Nano Probing Tech to perform hands-on semiconductor sample probing and metrology. This role combines SEM-based sample navigation, CAD-to-hardware correlation, circuit-path tracing, precise probe placement, measurement collection, and clear technical reporting.

What you will be doing:

Review OLAF task management software to identify samples scheduled for probing. controller to position probes and establish reliable contact with the sample. Collect meaningful measurement data and assess whether the results are suitable for reporting. Compile measurement Locate and retrieve the correct physical samples from the storage cabinet. Load samples into the probing tool and use SEM imaging to identify the required probe locations. Operate CAD software to correlate each physical sample with its corresponding chip layout. Trace signal paths across chip layers in CAD and identify the associated drivers and receivers. Use a joystick findings into clear technical reports and communicate results to stakeholders.

About You Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. At least four years of relevant professional experience. Hands-on experience operating analytical instrumentation, including SEM, TEM, and/or other beam-based tools. Working knowledge of semiconductor fundamentals. Basic understanding of MOSFET operation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience processing metrology data and performing statistical analysis. Knowledge of device physics and circuit operation. Advanced knowledge of semiconductor physics and semiconductor processing technology. Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the US.
