This is a great opportunity for a motivated Band 7 working towards MPE certification and looking for a clear route into an 8a role, or for a qualified MPE after something new. Main duties of the job Provide expert advice on a range of x-ray imaging equipment including CT, interventional radiology, and radiographic systems Carry out commissioning, acceptance, and routine QA testing of a range of x-ray equipment Optimise clinical protocols Carry out other duties as required of an MPE Participate in the provision of scientific support in matters relating to the Ionising Radiations Regulations 2017 as required About us Lincoln Hospital is a thriving university city and with the opening of the medical school, it provides all major specialties and a 24-hour major accident and emergency service.
