Evaluate, diagnose, and develop personalized radiation treatment plans in collaboration with medical physicists and dosimetrists. Oversee and adjust treatments, conduct patient follow-ups, and manage side effects. Collaborate with surgeons, oncologists, and radiologists to ensure coordinated care. Participate in tumor boards, ensure safety and quality compliance, and educate patients and families. Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR system and contribute to department improvements. Qualifications include an MD or DO, board certification or eligibility in Radiation Oncology, and a valid Texas medical license. Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and team collaboration are essential. Experience with advanced radiation modalities is preferred. Position is full-time, with a starting salary of $375,000+ and benefits including 401(k), health, dental, vision, life insurance, and paid time off. Work is in person.
