Seeks a talented, highly motivated Senior Research Associate to support the analytical and functional analysis of our diverse antibody therapeutics pipeline, including the development and implementation of analytical and functional assays for characterizing antibodies and antibody derivatives. This position will offer exposure to drug development, from early research through development/manufacturing, with ample opportunity to learn new methods, design experiments, and present your work.Primary responsibilities for role:
- Plan for and perform a wide range of experimental analytical techniques, including SEC‑HPLC, SEC‑MALS, CEX‑HPLC, SDS‑PAGE, CE‑SDS, MSD, ELISA, in vitro functional assays, and cell-based functional assays
- Compile, analyze, and review test data for study reports and prepare & present PowerPoint presentations
- Develop, write, and review standard operating protocols and other technical documents
- Coordinate activities with functional groups and project teams
- Discuss experiments and present data to project team members
- Mentor and train other technical staff
Knowlege, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficiency in several of the following protein analysis techniques: SEC‑HPLC, SEC‑MALS, CEX‑HPLC, SDS‑PAGE, CE‑SDS, MSD, and/or ELISA- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to design and execute experiments with minimal technical supervision.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated flexibility and problem-solving activities
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds
