Full-Time, 40 hours/week Position Summary We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Senior Research Associate to support our diverse antibody therapeutics pipeline. This role provides exposure to the drug development process, from early research through development and manufacturing, with opportunities to learn new methods, design experiments, and present scientific findings. Key Responsibilities Plan and perform a wide range of analytical and functional laboratory techniques. Conduct testing using methods such asSEC HPLC, SEC MALS, CEX
HPLC, SDS-PAGE, CE-SDS, MSD, ELISA, in vitro functional assays, and cell-based functional assays . Compile, analyze, and review experimental data for study reports. Prepare and present PowerPoint presentations summarizing experimental results. Develop, write, and review SOPs and other technical documentation. Coordinate laboratory activities with cross-functional groups and project teams. Discuss experimental plans and present data to project team members. Mentor and train other technical staff. Design and execute experiments with minimal technical supervision. Troubleshoot technical challenges and contribute to effective problem-solving. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Proficiency in several protein analysis techniques, includingSEC HPLC, SEC MALS, CEX
HPLC, SDS-PAGE, CE-SDS, MSD, and/or ELISA. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Strong experimental design and execution skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and presentation abilities. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline required.Bachelor's:
