Job Description
PAY RATE
$62,000 JOB SUMMARY The Administrative Fellowship program is a one-year program designed to provide high potential individuals with the opportunity to further develop their leadership style and analytical skills while gaining expertise in areas across the Health System. The Fellow will serve as project manager or provide project support on multiple projects throughout the year, while rotating through different clinical and administrative services. The full-time paid position provides future healthcare executives with opportunities to gain an in-depth understanding of hospital and clinic-based health care operations in a rural regional referral center. Fellows who successfully complete the program will be eligible to apply for managerial positions within the health system. As an administration fellow you will be exposed to all operation at the Blessing Health system. Leadership will be available to help guide the experience with emphasis on the fellow's interests and professional development. The approach is meant to prepare the fellow for a successful career in healthcare administration. The Fellowship Program is grounded in acute hospital care, physician ambulatory care and outpatient diagnostics.JOB QUALIFICATIONS
