2996438123-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Professional Case Management is seeking a Principal Investigator to lead clinical and scientific research within our Healthcare & Medical organization. In this Scientific Research & Development role, you will design and oversee studies focused on complex medical needs, ensuring regulatory and ethical compliance. Responsibilities include protocol development, data analysis, report authorship, and collaboration with interdisciplinary care teams. You will mentor researchers, contribute to evidence-based best practices, and support innovation in in-home care for former energy workers and their families. Responsibilities Design and oversee clinical and outcomes research studies focused on individuals with complex medical needs in the home setting. Develop research protocols, including objectives, methodology, inclusion and exclusion criteria, and data collection plans. Ensure all studies comply with Good Clinical Practice, federal and state regulations, and Institutional Review Board (IRB) requirements. Lead IRB submissions, continuing reviews, safety reporting, and documentation of adverse events. Collaborate with clinical operations, case management, and data teams to implement studies in real-world home healthcare environments. Supervise and mentor research staff and junior investigators, providing clinical and methodological guidance. Oversee data collection, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with biostatisticians on analysis and interpretation of results. Prepare scientific reports, manuscripts, and presentations to communicate findings internally and externally. Contribute to grant proposals and quality improvement initiatives based on research outcomes. Represent Professional Case Management at conferences, professional meetings, and with external partners and stakeholders. Promote a culture of ethical research, patient safety, and continuous improvement within the research program. Manage multiple concurrent projects, timelines, and resources while maintaining high standards of scientific rigor.
