JOB SUMMARY
Assist the Social Sciences Program Manager with the daily functions of the Social Sciences Unit and Hub.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with data entry, tracking, and analysis using Excel spreadsheets Maintain organized digital files and folders in SharePoint and Teams Prepare and format flyers, Word documents, memos, and reports as requested Support calendar management and meeting coordination Assist with monitoring and updating procurement and budget records Help track supply inventories and vendor communications Create and maintain logs of key administrative activities Respond to routine emails and inquiries in a professional manner Perform general clerical tasks such as scanning, copying, and filing Support special projects as assigned by the Social Sciences Program Manager
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess knowledge of: Excel Adobe Acrobat Word Canva copying/scanning documents
