The individual selected for the position will engage in literature reviews and searches, data cleaning and analysis, and manuscript drafting. Job Responsibilities Function 1 (50%) Data processing, cleaning, and analysis for an ongoing longitudinal mixed-methods research project on TGD people's experiences in family contexts. Function 2 (25%) Administrative needs related to the ongoing research study. Function 3 (25%) Manuscript and presentation preparation for research publications and public dissemination of findings. Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in the social sciences, such as a Master of Family Social Science. Demonstrated commitment to advocating for an inclusive environment for all backgrounds and identities. Significant knowledge of the scientific literature on TGD people's experiences in family and community contexts. Introductory knowledge of quantitative and qualitative analysis of survey- and interview-based data. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in the social sciences, such as a Master's of Family Social Science 3+ years of experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, ideally with LGBTQ+ populations. Pay and Benefits Pay Range:
