Research Field Assistant Windfall IN $17.50 Day shift! Paid weekly! Must be 18. Drug screen required. Field Research Assistant Kickstart your outdoor adventure and contribute to cutting-edge agricultural research as a Field Research Assistant! This dynamic role offers an exciting opportunity to work hands-on in the fields, supporting multi-crop experiments and harvests at our innovative research station in Windfall, IN. Required Skills:
Physically capable of working outdoors, walking on uneven grounds, and handling hands-on tasks in all weather conditions Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well with a team Basic computer skills, including use of tablets or iPads Reliability and a strong work ethic Willingness to work in hot, dusty, muddy environments and handle rapid task changes Nice to
Have Skills:
Experience in agriculture or field research Knowledge of safety protocols and PPE usage Familiarity with sample processing, scanning, or inventory management Previous outdoor work in varied weather conditions
Preferred Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Prior experience in manual labor, farming, or outdoor work is a plus
Other Requirements:
Must be available to start on 09/14/2026 Ability to commit to a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 4 pm PPE supplied; steel-toed boots encouraged and reimbursed if purchased No driving, remote work, or medical surveillance required Candidates should be prepared to work outdoors in all weather conditions except storms If you thrive in active environments and want to be part of meaningful research that shapes future agricultural practices, don't miss this opportunity.
