Arlington, VA Job Details 13 hours ago Qualifications Policy analysis Full Job Description Overview Research SLTT cybersecurity practices and audience needs to improve CISA outreach. You will turn evidence into useful reports, campaign recommendations, and examples that help communities strengthen critical infrastructure resilience. Responsibilities Research and compare SLTT cybersecurity volunteer programs to identify effective models and transferable practices. Assess SLTT awareness of CISA resources and the effectiveness of public communications. Develop research reports and evidence-based recommendations for audience engagement and outreach campaigns. Identify noteworthy SLTT cybersecurity practices and success stories to support Resilience Challenge activities and communications. Provide accurate statistics, source documentation, and accessible findings for toolkits, presentations, and campaign materials.
Qualifications Years of experience:
Preferred:
3-5 years of relevant research, market or audience analysis, program analysis, or policy research experience. Experience with government stakeholders, cybersecurity awareness, or critical infrastructure is preferred.
Education:
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in market research, public policy, social sciences, statistics, communications, or a related field.
Certifications:
No role-specific professional certification is required.
Skills:
Strong qualitative and quantitative analysis, source evaluation, report writing, and presentation skills; ability to explain findings and connect evidence to practical outreach recommendations. Screening and work requirements Work is primarily based in Arlington. Situational telework requires Government approval and must occur within the continental United States unless otherwise authorized. Travel is required. Work generally occurs Monday through Friday within 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Eastern Time, with occasional work outside normal hours to meet mission needs.
