Corpay is a leading global payments and financial services firm headquartered in Atlanta, GA. How We Work As a Legal Extern, you will be expected to work in an in-office environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing: Hands-on training Role Responsibilities The intern will participate in the following: Conduct research on laws, regulations, and case law, and help draft memos, summaries, or internal guidance for attorneys. Help organize legal files, support compliance initiatives, track deadlines, and assist with internal legal projects or audits. Assist with reviewing contracts, NDAs, and agreements by flagging key terms, risks, or inconsistencies for the legal team. Qualifications & Skills Currently pursuing a Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, Pre-Law, Political Science, or a related field. Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills required. Must display maturity and a high level of professionalism.
