(Purpose of the Position): To support SOAN371 students in their learning, assignments, and exam preparation, and provide assistance to SOAN371 instructor

Duties and Responsibilities:

Attend class Help teach research skills Encourage and motivate student researchers Provide feedback on student writing and research progress Provide examples of research from own experience Assist student researchers with problem-solving, answer questions Organize and provide review sessions for exams Grade quizzes

Qualifications:

(Education/Experience/Skills) Completed SOAN371 with a grade of B+ or higher Experience with quantitative research, report writing, and presentations Skilled in writing, speaking/presenting, and in analyzing data using SPSS Collaboration-oriented Patient (with student questions) Detail-oriented (for providing feedback and guidance on student work) This job description is for general information purposes.
