Job Description

A family-owned California full-service chemical and fertilizer company is looking to add a highly skilled Technical Agronomist to their team. They are known for their great company culture, low turnover rate and offer competitive salaries, health insurance, a company vehicle, 401K, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with farmers and growers to provide best practices for planting, fertilization, pest control, and harvesting Conduct research, analyze data, and recommend technologies and products to increase yield and sustainability Help customers optimize productivity while ensuring environmental stewardship Stay up to date with precision agriculture tools, data analysis software, and GIS systems
Key Qualifications:
5+ years' experience in technical agronomy A bachelor's degree or higher in an agronomic related field (master's degree preferred) Must be PCA licensed and CCA certified Comfortable working in both a team environment and independently Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to travel through multiple California Counties Must be fluent or native English speaking or Native English/Spanish bilingual A current resident of California and have a valid U.S. driver's license If you meet the above qualifications, are looking to advance your career and work for a company that truly values its employees, please submit a resume for consideration.
