Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled, polished, and professional Plant Department Specialist to join our luxury event and floral company. The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge and hands-on experience caring for a wide variety of tropical plants, orchids, flowering plants, palms, and specialty botanicals . This person must have a strong understanding of plant health, watering, grooming, pruning, fertilizing, pest control, and maintaining plants to an exceptional presentation standard. Requirements Extensive plant knowledge and hands-on plant-care experience Strong expertise with orchids and tropical plants Exceptional attention to detail and pride in presentation Professional, polished appearance and demeanor Excellent spoken English and communication skills Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently Comfortable working at luxury events, venues, residences, and installations Flexible availability, including weekends and event days Ability to lift and transport plants as needed Valid driver's license preferred Must pass a background check This is a high-end, detail-driven environment , and we are looking for someone who understands that every plant must be healthy, beautifully groomed, and presentation-ready.
