Job Description:
We are looking for a Scientist II - Bioanalytical Development to support bioanalytical method development, validation, and assay transfer activities for discovery and development programs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, validate, and troubleshoot bioanalytical assays under GLP/GCP environments
  • Support immunoassays, LC-MS/LCMS methods, and cell-based assays
  • Perform assay qualification, validation, and data interpretation
  • Transfer assays to CROs and provide technical troubleshooting support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to support drug discovery and development programs
  • Drive innovation and process improvements within bioanalytical operations
  • Support regulated bioanalysis and ensure data quality/compliance standards
Qualifications:
  • PhD with relevant industry experience
OR MS/BS
with strong bioanalytical experience
  • Experience with bioanalytical assay development and validation
  • Hands-on experience with immunoassays, LCMS, ELISA, MSD, or cell culture assays
  • Knowledge of GLP/GCP guidelines and regulated bioanalysis
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills
