Seasonal Guest Services / Office Assistant - Bethel Outdoor Adventure - Bethel, Maine Bethel Outdoor Adventure is hiring a seasonal team member to help in our office during our busy summer river season. This position is ideal for someone who is friendly, dependable, organized, and comfortable working with guests in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Answering phones and assisting guests Making and managing reservations Learning and using booking software Checking in campers and river trip guests General office and customer service support Schedule End of June through August Thursday-Sunday 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM $18/hour Requirements Must be available every Thursday-Sunday during the season This is a short but important summer position, so we are looking for someone without planned weekend travel or extended time-off commitments during this period Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable learning computer software and handling phone calls Reliable transportation and punctuality are required Additional Information This position is weather-dependent at times, as river traffic can vary based on weather conditions. Scheduling details will be discussed further during interviews. For the right person, this can become a recurring seasonal position each summer.
