This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors. As a Park Worker, you will play a vital role in maintaining the safety and beauty of our park system. Responsibilities Assist with the planting, watering, and care of various plants and flowers. Perform landscape maintenance tasks including weeding, pruning, and mulching. Operate irrigation systems to ensure proper watering game fields. Utilize hand tools, power tools, weed eaters, leaf blowers and mowers. Maintain cleanliness of the parks. Provide knowledgeable assistance to customers regarding park amenities. Requirements Experience with zero turn mowers preferred but not required. Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices is a plus. Familiarity with irrigation systems and lawn care techniques is beneficial. Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
