Welder, Painter & Parts Processing

Overview •This posting is for three different positions•Welder, painter, & parts processing Join our dynamic team as we are looking for a welder(s), painter, and parts processing. Where you will play a vital role in fabricating, welding, and finishing metal components for diverse construction and manufacturing projects in the welding position. In the painting position, you will paint those metal components in an outdoor setting. Parts department, you will process parts for our fabrication team. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work on challenging tasks that require precision, mechanical knowledge, and a passion for craftsmanship. You will be responsible for ensuring all welded structures and painted surfaces meet quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications. Skills-Welding Must have basic knowledge of welding skills Must have a welding hood and tools pertaining to welding Must have experience in a welding shop Skills- Painting Must be able to work outside in all weather elements Must have painting knowledge Must be a team player and willing to step in various roles as needed Must have forklift experience. Skills-Parts processing Must be able to read a tape measure Must be a team player and willing to step in various roles as needed Forklift experience a plus Operation Located in Franklin Kentucky We work Monday-Friday from 8AM-5PM Lunch from 12-1 Overtime is mandatory when needed, on Saturdays We will never work on Sunday Weekly pay No benefits at this time outside of vacation time, but we are actively working on it

Pay:
