Job Description As a Security Officer in Pleasant Prairie, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal at a premier commercial real estate location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. In this unarmed role, you will support access awareness, assist occupants and visitors with professionalism, and contribute to a welcoming environment through strong communication, teamwork, and integrity.

$19.50 / Hour Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history Minimum 1 plus years of Security experience Or prior Law Enforcement or Military experience required

AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report maintenance, access control, and/or security-related concerns. Monitor entry and exit activity, verify access permissions as directed by site policies, and assist with visitor processing, deliveries, and/or contractor arrivals. Support daily operations by preparing reports, maintaining post records, and communicating clearly with tenants, visitors, coworkers, and/or first responders during routine and unusual events.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
