Job Description
Job Overview Dauntless Security Group is looking for vigilant, proactive, and professional Security Officers to join our team. Your role with our clients is to be the first level of protection of their property which includes being the ones responsible for maintaining and promoting a safe and secure environment for their employees, residents, vendors, and any visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security meaning that we are conducting regular patrols, respond to incidents and dispatch calls as they arise, and communicating with each other as well as the the staff of the site when necessary. A background in law enforcement, security, or military service is preferred but not required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
On-Site Officers:
Maintain a strong security presence at assigned posts (corporate buildings, residential communities, or private estates, etc.). Control access points, verify credentials, and ensure authorized entry when applicable. Conduct regular foot patrols, report irregularities, document and resolve any incidents that may come up. Provide professional assistance to clients, visitors, and tenants with the highest level of customer service and professionalism. Respond to incidents, emergencies, and dispatch calls following company and client protocols.Mobile Patrol Officers:
Conduct scheduled and random patrols of client sites using company vehicles. Inspect perimeters, access gates, and critical infrastructure for signs of intrusion or hazards. Document patrol activity using digital reporting software. Respond to alarms and dispatch calls as needed, providing rapid and professional response. Communicate and coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary. Requirements Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable. Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred. Familiarity with surveillance systems (CCTV). Strong observational skills with the ability to identify potential threats or safety hazards. Excellent communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in high-pressure situations. Must possess a valid driver's license (for patrol & certain on site positions) and be willing to undergo background checks as required by company policy.Job Type:
