You will support access control activities, provide outstanding customer service and communication, and use computer and/or tablet tools as needed. AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through appropriate site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, production-related areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity. Monitor entry and exit activity, verify authorized access as directed by site policies, and communicate with site contacts regarding deliveries, visitor movement, and/or operational concerns. Support order at the location by remaining visible, providing directions and assistance, and following post instructions related to property protection, incident response, and/or escalation procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
