Driver of Roll-Off Dumpsters, with a smaller, residential-friendly, single-axle truck

Note:

You do NOT need a CDL to drive for us! We will train. If you can drive a large pick-up Truck, then you can drive our trucks. Many of our drivers never possessed a CDL before; and they do very well!

Licensing/Certification:

Qualifications:

Must be at least 25 years of age or older, with Clean driving record Professional attitude and appearance a must Must be able to speak, read, and write English well enough to represent company in a professional manner, understand highway traffic and signals, respond to official questions, and be able to make legible entries on reports and records Ability to perform physical requirements of the position Some commercial vehicle operation experience preferable Must have good understanding of local area and neighborhoods

• On-boarding Requires Criminal History Background check; MVR record screening also performed Must be able to pass 12-panel drug screening

Specific Skills:

Operate and drive lift trucks to transport trash, Tarp and ensure safety and security of cargo, Receive and relay information to central dispatcher, Perform pre and post trip inspections of vehicle. Maintain cleanliness of vehicle.

Additional Skills:

Professionalism in customer service. Handle inquiries from customers. Experience in construction industry is an asset.

Preferred:

Prefer candidates who have familiarity with smart-phones. 401K with matching (after 1 year); Aflac program. Full-Time includes more comprehensive benefits.
