Job Description:

Key Responsibilities Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable activities Prepare and review financial statements, account reconciliations, and journal entries Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the general ledger Assist with costing activities, including analysis and maintenance of cost data Manage fixed assets and related depreciation schedules Partner with internal teams to gather financial data and resolve discrepancies Communicate with vendors and customers to address billing and payment issues Mentor and provide guidance to junior accounting staff Utilize ERP systems to support day-to-day accounting operations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred, but not required Approximately 5+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Experience working with ERP systems Effective communicator with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally Demonstrated integrity and ability to handle confidential financial information
