Senior Accountant

Job DescriptionJob Description Overview LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing, well-established organization to identify a Senior Accountant to join a collaborative and high-performing accounting team. This role offers hands-on exposure to month-end close, balance sheet ownership, intercompany accounting, and cash-related initiatives, along with the opportunity to contribute to system and process improvements. The position is supported by mentorship-oriented leadership, a professional yet flexible culture, and provides a clear runway for advancement into future roles as the organization continues to expand. Key Responsibilities Support and/or lead the month-end close process Prepare and review balance sheet and bank reconciliations Assist with fixed assets and related accounting activities Support cash management and daily cash tracking Handle intercompany transactions and general ledger activities Partner on balance sheet cleanup and process improvements Contribute to ongoing system and accounting process enhancements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field 3-8 years of general ledger accounting experience Strong reconciliation and month-end close background Intercompany accounting experience preferred Public accounting experience a plus ERP/system experience (Great Plains, Power BI, Concur a plus) Self-starter with ability to work independently in a collaborative team

Pay Details:
