Employment Type:

Temporary, 1 year

FLSA Status:

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8 am

• 5 pm

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post journal entries related to AR, revenue, and cash
• Assist with month-end close activities for AR modules
• Support cash postings, customer outreach, and collections activities
• Perform reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and analyze financial data
• Generate ad hoc accounting reports and support accounting projects
• Support ongoing AR operational and accounting functions across the team
• Heavy Excel usage including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, reconciliations, and reporting

Requirements:

• Prior AR experience or backend AR/AP operational accounting experience
• Strong ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, or similar large ERP systems)
• Advanced Excel proficiency including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs (critical requirement)
• Experience performing reconciliations and financial analysis
• Tech-savvy candidates comfortable navigating systems and data
• CPA is a plus but not required
