Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Perform hands-on bench work supporting formulation and process development activities
• Conduct analytical testing including HPLC, dissolution, UV-Vis, and related small molecule characterization activities
• Support formulation development, process improvement, and technology transfer activities
• Generate, analyze, interpret, and summarize experimental data for project teams
• Write technical reports and provide recommendations for next steps
• Support compliance with ICH guidelines, cGLP, and cGMP requirements
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Manufacturing, Regulatory, and Quality teams

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of relevant industry experience with a Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Strong pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
• Hands-on small molecule analytical experience required
• Experience with HPLC, dissolution testing, UV-Vis, formulation development, and unit operations
• GMP / cGMP experience required
• Technical report writing experience required
• Peptide and protein experience is a plus
