Job Description:

Twin Lake Trucking, LTD Twin Lake Trucking is seeking an experienced Senior Dispatcher / Operations Leader to help lead and strengthen our growing operations team. We are looking for someone with strong trucking operations experience who can effectively manage drivers, support dispatch operations, solve problems under pressure, and help bring structure, accountability, and leadership to a fast-paced transportation environment. This is not an entry-level dispatch position. We are looking for someone who understands trucking operations at a high level and can help drive operational performance across the fleet. About Us Twin Lake Trucking, LTD Family-owned since 1967, Twin Lake Trucking operates a diverse fleet including dry van, reefer, flatbed, intermodal, and hazmat freight throughout the United States. Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee daily dispatch operations Communicate with drivers, customers, brokers, and internal teams Monitor Hours of Service (HOS) compliance and operational efficiency Assist with load planning, scheduling, and fleet utilization Help train, mentor, and support dispatch personnel Resolve service issues and operational challenges in real time Ensure dispatch accuracy, scheduling accuracy, and operational communication Work closely with leadership to improve processes and accountability Support hazmat operations and compliance when applicable Qualifications 3+ years of trucking dispatch or transportation operations experience Leadership or senior dispatch experience preferred Hazmat experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of FMCSA Hours of Service regulations Experience working with ELD systems and TMS platforms Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Experience with van, reefer, flatbed, or intermodal operations is a plus What We're Looking For We want someone who: Takes ownership and leads by example Communicates clearly and professionally Can think proactively instead of reactively Stays organized under pressure Understands the importance of customer service and driver relationships Pays close attention to operational details and execution Schedule Full-time In-office Some after-hours communication may occasionally be required
