Job Description:

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional digital initiatives focused on content delivery, platform operations, deployment coordination, and customer-facing digital experiences. This role will manage projects from planning through launch while ensuring timelines, deliverables, technical requirements, and stakeholder expectations are successfully executed in fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project management for digital content, platform enhancements, and deployment initiatives. Manage project timelines, risks, deliverables, dependencies, and stakeholder communications across multiple workstreams. Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Creative, Operations, Technology, and vendor teams to support successful launches and implementations. Oversee QA processes, issue tracking, testing coordination, and launch readiness activities. Track and resolve project issues and enhancements using JIRA and related project management tools. Support process improvements focused on operational efficiency, scalability, and execution quality. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or related field. 7+ years of experience in project management, digital operations, content management, or marketing operations. Strong experience with

JIRA, CMS

platforms (Contentful preferred), Figma, Excel, and collaboration tools. Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting digital platforms, enterprise systems, or customer-facing technologies. Experience supporting hardware and software deployment initiatives, including rollout coordination, implementation planning, testing, and post-deployment support. Familiarity with enterprise deployment methodologies, UAT coordination, release management, and production support processes.
