Position Overview:

The Senior Property Accountant will join an existing team of 10 staff and be instrumental in the daily commercial real estate accounting activities. Responsibilities of the

Senior Property Accountant:

The Senior Property Accountant will manage the property and tax return accounting. Assist with the month and quarter-end close. Process the CAM reconciliations monthly. Perform journal entries and financial reporting as necessary. Oversight of the AP and AR invoicing. Required Experience/Skills for the

Senior Property Accountant:

The Senior Property Accountant will have 6+ years of experience. Strong commercial real estate experience. Proficiency in Excel and Yardi. Team player approach.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree is preferred.
