Senior Revit Designer

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Senior Residential Revit Designer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the development of detailed building models using Revit, a powerful Building Information Modeling (BIM) software that enhances collaboration and accuracy across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. Duties Lead the creation and refinement of complex 3D Revit models for architectural and engineering projects, ensuring adherence to project standards and client specifications Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop coordinated design documents and construction drawings Integrate other design tools such as SketchUp, AutoCAD and ArchiCAD to enhance model accuracy and functionality Prepare detailed schematics, system designs, interior layouts, mechanical components, and construction documentation with precision Utilize Bluebeam for markup review and collaboration on PDF documents to facilitate seamless communication among project stakeholders Apply drafting best practices in CAD environments to produce clear, comprehensive 2D drawings and annotations Support project teams during construction phases by providing detailed models and resolving design conflicts efficiently Requirements Proven experience as a Revit Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing complex BIM projects Extensive proficiency in Revit software for building modeling and documentation; familiarity with AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, is highly desirable Solid understanding of SketchUp Knowledge of schematic development, drafting standards, system design principles, and construction processes Experience with Bluebeam for PDF markup review; familiarity with 2D animation or graphic design is a plus Strong background in interior design, mechanical systems, or system design within architectural projects Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail Join us as a Senior Residential Revit Designer to shape innovative spaces through cutting-edge technology!
