Senior Solid Waste Project Manager

We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team of dedicated and passionate professionals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manages and coordinates solid waste engineering projects from proposal through completion. Meet with clients to conduct needs analysis and project definition. Guide and support the growth of junior staff and the broader engineering team Manage end-to-end project delivery while maintaining high standards for scope integrity and budget management Oversee the daily operations and performance of entry-level and junior engineers, ensuring project alignment and delivery. Develop positive and ongoing relationships with internal teams, external clients, and regulatory agency representatives Drive organizational growth through proactive business development and opportunity identification. Willingness to travel to various project sites is a requirement. Perform other tasks as needed or assigned to support project needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

Engineering Degree Required Professional Engineering License 7+ years of experience in the solid waste industry, with an emphasis on leading permitting initiatives, construction quality assurance, and regulatory compliance programs Proficient at Microsoft Office
