We step up for one another, we communicate constantly and we never say 'that's not my job.' What you'll do As a Server at Haftt Cafe, you will:

• Own the guest experience from the moment they sit down to the moment they leave, ensuring every detail is perfect.
• Master our menu. You'll need to know our food, beverages and premium hookah offerings inside and out to guide guests to the perfect choices.
• Navigate a bustling, high-volume lounge with grace, running food, dropping drinks and anticipating needs before the guest even has to ask.
• Keep your section and the lounge immaculate. You'll pre-bus, wipe down tables and ensure the space always looks its best.
• Process orders and payments accurately through our POS system, handling transactions with professionalism.
• Show up ready to dominate your shift.

Punctuality, a sharp appearance, and a positive attitude are non-negotiable.

Who You Are:

• You are a natural host who genuinely loves taking care of people and thrives in a high-energy, late-night setting.
• You have a 'no task is too small' mentality. You are hands-on, proactive, and always looking for ways to help the team.
• You are completely comfortable working in a hookah lounge environment. You don't mind being around hookah smoke and are comfortable servicing tables where hookahs are present.
• You are reliable and punctual. When you are scheduled, we know we can count on you.
• You have open availability for full-time hours, including mandatory weekends and late-night shifts. (Our hours run 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM Sunday-Thursday; and 4:00 PM - 4:00 AM on Friday and Saturday).
• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
