Full-time & Part-time MudPenny is looking for Servers to join our Front of House Team . Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast POS, Micros POS, Toast or OpenTable Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met in accordance with health regulations Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting tables for new guests Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any service issues promptly Maintain guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing exceptional customer service in both restaurant and nightclub settings if applicable

Qualifications:

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industries is preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable Strong communication skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work flexible hours including nights; previous host/host or serving experience is advantageous Basic math skills for cash handling and billing purposes A positive attitude with a focus on guest relations and team collaboration
