Responsibilities Take and relay guest orders accurately using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS. Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness. Assist with food preparation and food handling to support kitchen operations when needed. Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience. Maintain sanitation standards through proper food safety practices, including proper bussing and sanitation procedures. Support other team members with tasks such as bussing tables, setting up dining areas, or hosting as needed. Skills Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is highly desirable. Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting. Familiarity with food safety regulations and sanitation standards in the food industry. Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and order accuracy. Experience in fine dining or nightclub environments is beneficial but not required.
