Server/Waiter/Waitress

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team at Prime on the Mile. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Duties:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver orders to tables promptly and ensure accuracy
• Provide recommendations on menu items and specials
• Assist with food preparation as needed
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register or POS system
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
• Uphold high standards of customer service and hospitality

Skills:

• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
• Experience with cash registers or POS systems is preferred
• Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation practices
• Culinary skills for assisting with food preparation is a plus
• Familiarity with POS system is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide personalized attention to guests
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
