Service Manager

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the service department
• Ensure efficient and timely completion of automotive service and repairs
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
• Schedule and assign work to service technicians and mechanics
• Monitor technician productivity and quality of work
• Maintain accurate records of service orders, invoices, and customer information
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and automotive advancements ```Skills```
• Strong knowledge of automotive service and repair processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to transmit technical information to non-technical individuals
• Proficient in service writing and documentation
• Solid understanding of automotive sales principles
• Familiarity with diesel engine repair and maintenance
• Mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Experience in auto service management is a plus
