Service Plumber

Overview:

Needed Immediately Penfield Plumbing is one of Rochester's oldest and most respected plumbing companies since 1962. Our customer service and workmanship is considered some of the best quality within the greater Rochester area. We are looking to hire new full-time technicians, experience is preferred but we are willing to train those with outstanding customer service skills and mechanical abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and minor commercial settings
• Be available for a rotating on-call schedule
• Work with consumers and provide quotations for professional repairs
• Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify and replace current and future issues
• Adhere to current rules and regulations related to plumbing so that systems pass inspection

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a plumber
• Be a responsible and organized field technician
• Provide honest quotations for the proper replacement or repair
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Be available to put in extra time and effort when emergency issues arise
