As a Member Experience/Service Ambassador , you'll deliver top notch service for CLEAR members and travelers—greeting passengers, verifying membership and identification, guiding them through the CLEAR process, and resolving issues with empathy and urgency. You'll be part of a collaborative team recognized through team based bonuses when your location meets service and operational goals.What You'll Do:
Delight Members & Travelers:
Provide warm, proactive assistance in the CLEAR lanes - greeting, wayfinding, answering questions, and creating memorable interactions.Verify & Escort:
Warmly welcome and verify CLEAR Members, guiding them smoothly and safely through their journey.Resolve Issues:
Triage and resolve member concerns, loop in support teams when needed, and follow through to find a resolution.Keep Operations Flowing:
Ensure lane readiness (signage, equipment, cleanliness), guide smooth member flow, and provide clear, proactive communication throughout the experience.Educate & Inform:
Share information about CLEAR benefits and services.Operate Safely & Compliantly:
Follow security protocols, accurately verify documents, and uphold airport and company safety procedures.What You're Great At:

Role Requirements 18 years of age or older; high school diploma or GED. 1+ years of client facing customer service experience (retail, hospitality, travel, food services, etc) Open availability for shifts, including weekends/holidays. Able to stand for up to 8 hours per day. Successful completion of airport badging and government screening, including a drug test.
