Service Technician Iowa Mobile Home Services, LLC Ankeny, IA Job Details Part-time $14 - $17 an hour 10 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Driver's License Power tools Hand tools Full Job Description About the position You'll be working alongside one of our senior technicians in the field learning how to perform inspections, repairs, and renovations to mobile/manufactured and modular homes. You'll learn all aspects of working on these homes. No prior experience is required, however any construction experience is helpful. This position involves frequent travel across the state of Iowa, and occasional overnight stays for larger jobs. Job Requirements This is a job that is a mix of indoor and outdoor work, and requires physical labor. Lifting up to 50 pounds Ability to work under a home in crawlspace area Ability to use a ladder Basic knowledge of hand and power tools A clean driving record is required. If you do not have an Iowa driver's license, you will be required to obtain one within 14 days of hire. This is a part time position that may lead to full-time opportunities.
