Sewing Machine Operator / Uniform Construction Entiat, WA 98822 From $17.50 an hour - Full-time From $17.50 an hour - Full-time Job Overview Do you want to be part of a team that makes gear that actually matters? At Coaxsher, we design and build high-performance wildland firefighting clothing and equipment- the kind of stuff that real firefighters and search & rescue crews depend on in the field. Our products, like the BetaX Shirt and Vent Pants, are built right here in Entiat, WA, and we'relooking for a skilled (or eager-to-learn!) Sewing Machine Operator to join our production team. Duties Operate various sewing machines to assemble and construct uniform garments efficiently and accurately Follow detailed sewing patterns, specifications, and quality standards to ensure consistency across all products Inspect finished garments for defects, proper stitching, and overall quality before packaging Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency in the manufacturing process Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while adhering to safety protocols Document production activities and report any machine malfunctions or quality concerns promptly Qualifications Experience in garment construction or sewing machine operation within a manufacturing or warehouse setting is a plus. We are willing to train the right person Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Prior experience in manufacturing or related industries is preferred but not required Reliable attendance and a good team player Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required Join our team and be part of a vibrant environment where your skills directly contribute to creating durable, well-made uniforms that serve our firefighting community!
