Job Description

Speckled Hen is hiring for a Shift Lead position. We offer competitive pay & health insurance. Looking for a self-motivated and talented cook to lead our kitchen operations. Having a positive and encouraging personality is important as we strive to create a team-centric and uplifting kitchen experience for our employees. Commercial kitchen experience is required, kitchen leadership experience is recommended. Starts at $20•$22 / hour depending on experience.
Health Benefits Shift Lead Job Requirements:
Full Time availability Working weekends: (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) at least one day; 2 preferably At least 2 years restaurant experience; leadership role preferably Positive attitude Knife skills•must be comfortable with basic knife skills such as how to dice & julienne vegetables Comfortable working around hot equipment safely Good work ethic•good time management & ability to multitask Able to lift at least 50 pounds Reliable transportation
