Key Responsibilities:

Build a great team and retain them Communicate openly and honestly to all Tous les Jours team members Ensure all team members are properly trained and developed everyday Offer Friendly Service and Excellent Speed of Service and Queue Management Maximize top line sales and deliver on bottom line results Be the role model for upholding Tous les Jours coffee standards everyday Key qualifications: Must be passionate about taking care of customers and making them happy Great attitude and lots of energy. Contribute daily to the Tous les Jours team Strive in fun but fast-paced environment and able to work efficiently. Highest standards and consistency in food preparation, sanitation and safety. Experienced as a barista in a fast-paced café highly preferred, but not required Come work and grow with our fantastic team!
