Manage inventory control processes, including stock levels, cycle counts, and reconciliation using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms. Coordinate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to optimize transportation and delivery schedules. Oversee materials handling operations, including heavy lifting and mechanical equipment such as forklifts, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed. Implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency, reduce errors, and streamline workflows. Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and other safety regulations across all warehouse activities. Monitor shipping & receiving documentation for accuracy and completeness. Lead team management efforts by training staff on warehouse procedures, safety practices, and equipment operation. Conduct regular audits of inventory levels and warehouse organization to maintain optimal stock accuracy. Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to meet customer demands in e-commerce environments. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management within a distribution or manufacturing setting. Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse management systems (WMS), and materials handling techniques. Hands-on experience operating forklifts and mechanical equipment; relevant certifications preferred. Familiarity with shipping & receiving procedures, heavy lifting protocols, and OSHA safety standards. Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment maintenance is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a safety-conscious environment. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and process documentation. Experience working with 3PL providers and managing logistics for e-commerce platforms is desirable.

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per hour
