RDF&P, Inc. Looking for someone who wants to work RDF&P is hiring for our shipping department in Joseph. This is a hands-on job— no driving required . You'll be taking finished parts and getting them ready to go out the door. That means wrapping, crating, loading trucks, and making sure everything leaves here the right way. If you show up, work hard, and take pride in what you do, you'll fit in here. What You'll Be Doing Package finished parts for shipment (wrap, band, palletize, crate) Build wooden skids and crates Load trucks safely and securely Check parts against packing lists before they leave Stage orders and keep shipments organized Assist with unloading incoming materials Keep your work area clean and safe Help with light assembly or bundling when needed What We're Looking For Dependable — show up and be ready to work Pay attention to details — mistakes cost time and money Able to keep up in a fast-paced shop Willing to learn and take direction Team player with a good attitude Forklift experience is a plus (we can train the right person) Physical Side of the Job Lifting 50+ lbs regularly On your feet most of the day Working with steel parts, pallets, and equipment Schedule & Requirements Monday-Friday Overtime when needed Must pass a pre-employment drug test Safety-first mindset is non-negotiable
