What You'll Do As the Trainer, you will lead and support employee development initiatives across multiple shifts and departments within a high-volume warehouse environment. You will partner with Operations, HR, Safety, and Quality teams to ensure employees are trained, engaged, compliant, and operationally ready. Key Responsibilities Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding programs Conduct classroom and hands-on operational training Train employees on SOPs, warehouse processes, safety protocols, quality standards, and operational expectations Support cross-training and employee development initiatives Develop and maintain training materials, job aids, and work instructions Track training completion, certifications, and employee progress Coach employees and provide developmental feedback Partner with leadership teams to identify skill gaps and training opportunities Reinforce a strong safety and engagement culture Support training needs across day, night, weekend, and peak operation schedules Assist with launch activities and workforce ramp-up initiatives What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 2+ years of training experience within warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain operations Experience facilitating both classroom and hands-on training Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs Ability to support flexible schedules in a 24/7 operation Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting start-up or newly launched operations Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) Forklift or equipment training experience Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and operational best practices Why Join DP World? Operate strictly to Standard Work and Quality processes to ensure a "Right First Time" product to the customer. Assist in follow up of customer concerns. Sustain the corrective actions to eliminate repeat issues. Deliver required throughput rate to support customer requirements. Able to work required scheduled deemed necessary to meet the production goals and Key Performance Indicators of the site. Schedule may fluctuate based on the needs of the business. Move items from bulk containers or racks, shelves, or in bins according to customer requirements Other duties as assigned. Your Key Qualifications High school diploma or GED Prior Forklift Certification. Able to work with diverse group of people and be a team player. Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure. Willingness to undergo additional training to meet developing and changing business needs.
