Homes By Apollo / LV Service Solutions LLC We are seeking a skilled and reliable Equipment Operator to join our growing residential construction team in Pahrump. This role focuses on site utility trenching, rough and finish grading, and utility installation for new home construction projects. This is a hands-on field position for someone who takes pride in quality work, can operate independently, and understands residential site development and utility installation.

Responsibilities Operate equipment including:

Gannon / box scraper Backhoe Mini excavator Perform trenching for: Electrical conduit Well water lines Site utility installation Install PVC piping for water systems Install plastic conduit for power utilities Perform rough and final grading for residential lots Assist with lot preparation and cleanup Read and follow site plans and utility layouts Maintain safe jobsite practices Coordinate with construction managers and utility crews Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance Qualifications Experience operating construction equipment in residential construction environments Experience trenching and grading residential lots Familiarity with: PVC pipe installation Plastic electrical conduit installation Utility depths and grading requirements Ability to operate efficiently while maintaining clean, accurate work Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Valid driver's license required CDL is a plus, but not required Preferred Experience Residential new construction Septic, water, or electrical trenching Final grading and lot finish work Desert soil conditions and utility installation in Southern Nevada Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Consistent full-time work Growing residential construction company Opportunity for advancement Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement depending on role and experience PTO available About Us Homes By Apollo is a growing residential builder focused on modern, high-quality homes in Pahrump and surrounding areas. Pay:

$32.00 - $40.00 per hour
