SUMMARY:

We have an opportunity for a Skilled Maintenance Technician for our 2 apartment properties in River Falls WI and our smaller apartment property in Red Wing, MN. (Mileage and travel time paid.) Our Maintenance Technician is responsible to provide outstanding customer service while completing day-to-day maintenance needs, unit turnovers, the long range preventative maintenance, on-call emergency maintenance and maintaining our properties to the standards required by regulatory agencies. Together with the Property Manager(PM), the Maintenance Technician will think innovatively to resolve facility and grounds problems within budget parameters.

Minimum Requirements:

2+ years property maintenance Knowledgeable of basic maintenance in the following areas: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, carpentry, asphalt/concrete Have use of own basic tools and reliable and insured personal transportation Already possess or be willing to obtain within 6 months

• Special Boiler License Utilize Outlook, YARDI and our time keeping phone app to communicate via email, to receive work and complete work orders, and to track time worked at each site Be familiar with or be willing to learn and practice the Fair Housing Laws and guidelines

Schedule:

Work at assigned properties, Monday

• Friday, 8:00am
• 4:30pm (and on-call should an emergency arise) Able to pass an extensive criminal background screening as required by MN State Law.
