Soccer Coach - Youth

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Youth Soccer Coach to inspire young athletes and foster a love for the game! Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging soccer training sessions tailored to various age groups and skill levels Teach fundamental soccer techniques such as dribbling, passing, shooting, and game rules Foster a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment that encourages teamwork and sportsmanship Manage group activities, ensuring all participants are engaged and supervised effectively Promote physical activity through fun drills, games, and competitions aligned with youth development standards Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding player progress and behavior Assist in organizing youth soccer events, tournaments, and community outreach programs Requirements Prior experience in sports coaching or teaching physical education, preferably with youth athletes Knowledge of soccer rules, techniques, and safety protocols Strong background in working with children or adolescents in a coaching or childcare setting Experience with behavior management strategies to maintain discipline and positive conduct on the field Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for promoting healthy activity and personal growth among youth Join us to inspire young athletes through dynamic coaching while developing your leadership skills!
